With the first, not even major obstacle or difficulty, they simply abandon their otherwise lucrative idea and either stop or start something else with the same results. Make a commitment and then prevail, you will succeed.

2. Lack of skills and most of all keeping their employee mentality intact -- It is virtually impossible to run a business with an employee mentality. 3. Poor marketing -- Now this is the big one. Just like when buying real estate we should take three most important specifics into consideration first, these are – location, location, location – in home based business it is – marketing, marketing, marketing. It is downright amazing how many people still implement the old and outdated techniques that simply do not work anymore. Learn about marketing from those who can show you results.

4. No time input -- Especially those who start part time do get distracted by other tasks at home, even by television consisting of stream of commercials occasionally interrupted by some mindless program, stealing their home based business success right under their own nose. 5.
